We know you are busy. That is why we ask you to commit your time on an individual basis. Consider your schedule and tell us how involved you can be.
SERVE:
Seek professional development and learn leadership skill building.
Put your leadership skills to work by becoming an event project manager, Steering Committee member or joining the United Way Campaign Cabinet. With our Membership Coordinator keeping up with volunteer hours, we are able to share your success with your workplace!
LEAD:
What can you be expected to do?
1. Purchase a YLS tee ($5) and wear it often!!!
2. Volunteer and support our efforts in the community.

The Young Leaders Society of United Way of Central Virginia is a network of young professionals who share a passion for volunteerism.
Members range in age from 18 to mid 40's and are compelled to take a leadership role in creating healthier, more vibrant communities.
Through unique networking events, hands-on volunteering opportunities and innovative leadership trainings, members are able to connect, serve and grow, both personally and professionally.
